The food was OK, and we were missing basics like ketchup, a fork, etc. But, we were there last Thursday, and there was a tall, dark-skinned young man working the register and a kid came in with an order and didn't have enough money for a drink. I would have given him a dollar, but I didn't have my wallet on me at the moment. The guy at the register pulled a dollar out of his own wallet to get the kid a drink. It was one of the sweetest things I've ever seen. That employee should get a raise or something. I'm sure he doesn't make that much and even besides giving that kid a dollar, he was polite, helpful and patient.

Used to work here before I quit the new manager tho she was very pleasant and when I ordered a bacon mcdouble got a double with just mustard and pickles everything else was correct I didn't bother just enjoyed the mcdouble and ate it didn't bother to tell them cause they work hard I know what it's like behind them doors so I didn't bother getting a burger fixed it's food thank you to all who entered here and work hard you guys are great love that new woman manager she was very polite love her attitude so respectful thanks guys the other manager is polite too!!!! Very nice guy!!!!

Willoughby Hills McDonalds is the best drive thru t frequent. I truly sit and daydream about the steak breakfast u purchased at our Mickey D’in our city on Chardon Road 😋😋🍔 food critic for life! Selena

The atmosphere is good, cleanly maintained, and the wait time is 5 - 10 minutes during busy hours.

I visit this McDonald's at least once a week. They have the best employees (amber,robert,chris,etc...)out of any fast food around and the store is probably the cleanest one I've been in. You can tell the managers take alot of pride in running this place the way its supposed to be.

It’s fast food, of course, I don’t expect a gourmet meal. I do expect however, simple requests like hold the onion or hold the tomato to be done And I would say my request is granted 95% of the time. Also, I am on a low sodium diet and try to maintain it as closely as I can. When ordering my french fries, I always ask them to hold the salt. I don’t know whether or not they are now not salting any of the french fries, but in any event, I get my fries with no salt and they are always hot! I will continue to go to this location and recommend it to my friends and family.

It's 26 degrees with mountains of shoveled snow. The store closes in less than an hour. And I just purchased a piping hot cup of coffee. It may not seem like a lot but compared to the many times I've had cool, it means a lot. The little things in life.

I have never had any issue with this location, WAY better than the nearby Burger King and Wendy’s.
Placed a Wendy’s mobile order this morning real quick for my kids breakfast before school (closer to the freeway) ..got there and they made me cancel it because after being open for 45 minutes, they didn’t have food ready and no workers. Thanks Micky Dees for coming in for the win so my kid wasn’t starving at school until lunch.

I haven’t been to a McDonalds in years but recently decided to got back on the horse and do my patriotic duty as an American.
Years ago I remember the inside was always dark and dirty and the staff was rude and uninviting. But that has completely changed. It’s bright and clean now and the workers greet you with smiles and they provide great customer service. The atmosphere has completely changed for the better. I will report back on my health in a few months with my newfound fast food habit now that it’s actually a nice experience to go there.

When I went to this store with my son the customer service was questionable. The food was cold by the time we finally got it. The manager was a very nice person but had very little help.

They’ve never messed up my order, even when dealing with a two-lane ordering system. People are friendly - was wished Happy Mother’s Day when I ordered a happy meal for my daughter. I haven’t had a bad experience here.

This is a consistently top performing location. I go here all the time. They are usually crowded and have long lines at the drive thru. But the lines move quickly the orders are accurate food is served hot.

Nice menu variety and remodel. Friendly staff. Nicely staffed when necessary compared to its competitor Burger King. A little more in cost on select items compared to Burger King. Like anywhere else it depends what you buy. Less wait time for your food compared to BK.

Okay so I am a McDonald freak!! I go there to get my Frappe usually daily!! The employees are so very kind and make you smile daily!! Pat has to be my favorite employee there!!! She knows what I want and will greet me with a smile or some kind of laugh for the day!!! I must say that when the weekend comes there are a lot of kids working...but they still are usually very nice and you leave with a smile!!! Food here has to be the best around the area as far as McDonalds goes. We have never gotten nasty food here. Thumbs up for us!!! Thanks Pat for being there!!!

The person taking my order and money was very rude didn't say the amount didn't say thank you or have a nice day but I did get a chance to tell the manager at the next window, they were super sweet and said they would talk to them. Food was as I ordered and fast

I don't know if today was an exception, and I just got extremely lucky, but I have to say that the staff at the drive-thru was exceptional! So friendly and patient. Honestly probably the best fast food experience I have ever had
