Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and technical implementation requirements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to determine the current and future direction of learning resources.
• Research business strategies and recommend best practices and technology changes related to the performance of Academic Product initiatives.
• Identifies product and process improvements that will result in the best potential outcomes for all stakeholders.
• Uses quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends in issues and create strategies and recommendations for improvement and resolution.
• Inspire, train, and develop team of librarians and curation strategists to select most appropriate learning and assessment resources and experiences (inclusive of simulations, multimedia, etc.).
• Approves proposed team initiatives that affect the learning experience and program development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

• Understanding of learning science, theories and principles and how they relate to learning experiences and student outcomes.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in online higher education
• Ability to collaborate effectively with academic departments, faculty members, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to develop and deliver high-quality educational programs.
• Experience in staff development, team building, and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Willingness to explore innovative approaches, incorporate emerging technologies, and adapt to evolving trends and student needs in higher education.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform decisions, assess program efficacy, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5 or more years of related experience.
• 3 or more years leading and managing people, teams, or projects.
• Demonstrated success in bringing order and structure to complex situations.
• Experience with competency-based education and online education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in related field.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay Range: $62,900.00 - $103,700.00
